My Psychology professor gave me a good advice about studying. You should study uninterrupted for one hour and take a break before continuing your study for another hour (and the cycle goes on). This is unquestionably better and more efficient than cramming for 5 hours straight. Plus, you'll retain more information with short one-hour sessions.
That's one part. But what to do when you take a short break in between those one-hour sessions? Usually we tend to drift off when we take breaks between our studying time. Sometimes it can be so tempting that you decided to take a break from the studying altogether. You got to have more willpower than that.
